Mizan QistPrivate Office

Your privacy

Your office remembers what you view, so that we can serve you better. This page says exactly what that means.

Who is responsible

Mizan Qist Limited, of Abuja and London, runs this private office and is responsible for the information in it. Write to info@mizanqist.com about anything on this page.

What we record

We do not record your location, your contacts, what you type anywhere except your requests, or anything outside this office.

Why

So that your agent knows what interests you and can prepare the right viewings, drawings and valuations before you ask, and so that your marked homes follow you to every device you use.

Who sees it

Your personal agent and Mizan Qist Limited. If others in your household or staff have their own sign-in to your office, each person’s activity is recorded under their own name. We never sell it, and we never share it with developers, sellers or advertisers.

To run the office we use a small number of services: Supabase stores the information, in London; Vercel serves the pages. When you open the map, its tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and Esri, which see your device’s internet address as any website would. Requests you send open in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms.

How long we keep it

Activity is deleted automatically after 24 months. Your marked homes and requests are kept while your office is open, and deleted within 90 days of it closing, unless the law requires us to keep a record of a transaction for longer.

Cookies

One cookie, which keeps you signed in on your device for 90 days. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to it being recorded, or take a copy. Write to info@mizanqist.com and your agent will answer personally. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
